    provides quality homes for every Filipino from master-planned themed subdivisions to
    premier condominium communities. We have been expanding and currently
    developing a land of 27 hectares located at Mankilam, Tagum City.

    As this is a part of the franchise jurisdiction of your office, we would like to request for
    the staking sheet and certification as power provider for our project, Palm City,
    located at Purok Capitol, Brgy. Mankilam, Tagum City, Davao del Norte. The said
    documents are part of the standard requirement for the application for construction
    and energization for the above-mentioned project with power requirement at full
    occupancy of 8MVA.
