Conclusion

Fever and respiratoy symptoms should not be

considered a hallmark ofCovid-19 in children.
Therefore,Pediatricians should a high level of
clinical suspicion to diagnose children infected
with SARS-Cov-2,especially in children
with diarrhea
The possibility of fecal –oral transmission
remain to investigated.
