Learning Task 3
Akila washes her hands regularly. She puts some
alcohol in her hands whenever she can’t wash them
immediately. She drinks 8 glasses of water every day.
She also takes vitamins to keep herself healthy. Akila
wears her facemask every time she goes out of the
house.
Learning Task 4
Ten years from now, I want to be a teacher. I want to
help the students who are not able to attend to school
because of personal reasons. I will also help my parents
and support them financially. I want to enhance their
knowledge and skills at every step of the way.
Learning Task 6
Our school opens at 6:30 A.M. everyday. Yesterday,
during the flag ceremony the principal talked. She
reminded us the importance of wearing facemask and
she taught us how to wash our hands properly.
Tomorrow, we will bring our drinking bottle because we
will have a water bell. We will drink water every hour to
keep us hydrated and to prevent COVID 19. We also
wear our facemask every time we go to school. School
is really exciting!
Assimilation
Tense of the verb tells when an action is done. There
are three tenses of the verb. The Past Tense, Present
Tense, and the Future tense. Past tense are actions that
happened in the past. D or ed are added to the verb to
changed it in past tense. Present tense are actions that
are currently happens. We add s or es to change the
verb into present tense. Future tense are actions that
will happen. Adding will or happen to the verb will
change it in future tense

Assimilation
A conjunction is a word that connects or join together
words, phrases, clauses or sentences. There are two
kinds of conjunctions: the subordinate and coordinate
conjunctions. Subordinating or coordinating
conjunctions connect or join a dependent clause to an
independent clause in a sentence. Coordinating
conjunctions are used to connect two or more simple
sentences or clauses called independent clauses.
