Dear Sir:
I happened to see an advertisement in “Daily Hilal Pakistan” dated January 10, 2021 in Sunday’s newspaper
and I came to know that there is a vacancy for the post of teaching assistant at University of Narowal in
Physics department. I should like to be considered for this post.
I have completed my bachelor of management sciences from University of Education, Lahore. I have a
passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring students and I am excited at the opportunity to make a positive
impact on people in University of Narowal.
I have been working at the paradise college for three years. While working at the college as a teaching
assistant, I was responsible for helping with lesson plans, monitoring students, maintaining student records
and assisting the students with study skills and special assignments. With a three year of experience, I
understand the importance of creating a challenging and safe environment for the students.
To be more expert and experienced, I plan to attend some training sessions, so that I can be a better
employee. To provide you with detailed information about my qualification and interests, I have enclosed my

Implemented an after school tutoring program for children who are falling behind in classes. The free
program includes one on one instruction, group teaching, homework help and a small library.
Supervised students during lunchtimes, recess and assembly to ensure safety of students and staff members.

Tutored students with special needs, including those with learning disabilities or who had language
disadvantages.
