Ship framing system:

The machinery of tank is necessary for all operations of the hull is the hearth, here presenting all type of stress
over structural elements, the most common were the vibration and own weight of machinery, therefore is
necessary that ship have a best distribution of girder and stiffeners.

The scantling depending of type of load that ship Will support commonly may be the same a long of the ship, but
in the case of the machine have to be different.

The B/T María del Carmen III , have a transversal arrangement in its main machine, because it have more
transversal element than longitudinal as shown in the fig 1. as can see the spacing between longitudinal stiffeners
are around 60 [cm], while that only exist two longitudinal beams along of ship. This arrangement must be
necessary for support all load generating for the machinery and the transversal elements absorb this load
