INTRODUCTION
English Biscuit Manufacturers ( EBM) discovered its
underlying foundations in Peek Frean Pakistan Limited,
set up in Karachi. In 1966, Peek Freans Pakistan
Limited updated itself as English Biscuit Manufacturers
(Private) Limited. The company has the capacity of
manufacturing more than 90,000 tons every year. In
Pakistan EBM is the main scone organization which
achieved ISO - 9001 Certification. EBM is the first
Company in the business to have accomplished
recognized global affirmations concerning quality
control, ecological administration framework and HR
administration, including ISO 9001:2000, ISO
14001:2004, HACCP confirmations and IIP (Investors
in People) Recognition. EBM is likewise the main
nourishment organization to have been granted
Environmental Excellence Award for seven progressive
years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
