Package:
Total Salary – Low Season: $5,800 to $6,400 net (base salary and sector pay)
Total Salary – High Season: $6,800 to $7,400 net (base salary and sector pay)
Overnight allowance: Payable
Roster: Full time – 20 days AL
Travel: One free round ticket per month on Pegasus routes
Contract period: 6 months Summer contract or Permanent Contract

Notes:
1) All amounts are in Turkish lira. Salary is net and commences from the 1st day of Ground School.
2) Average monthly salary based on 3.2 sectors per day average with a minimum of 40 sectors per
month. (Sectors – Normal 80%, Long 10%, Night 10%).
3) *Monthly bonus payments are paid twice a year in April and October.

Screenings:
Screenings are conducted in Istanbul for a 1 day every week during March and April 2019. Flights and
accommodation are provided to attend a Screening. The screening consists of;

 Interview (30 min)

 Simulator Assessment (2 hour block)

Ground School & License Validation:

1. Ground School: Once you pass Screening you will be required to complete Ground School
which is normally conducted for a 2-week period. We will provide you with the schedule.
2. License Validation period is around 3 days for EASA ATPLs/FCLs. Upwards of 1-2 weeks for
other ICAO ATPLs.

Note: Your salary commencement date is from the 1st day of GS.
