1. Explain briefly the Ideation thought process and efforts of your team to reach ideas for
listed problems.
After internal discussion we list out some problems or issues because the people have to go to
the offices to get their work done and fill the forms and users can register themselves and
forms can be accessed . A lot of form filings and payments and complaints can be registered
online.
2. Enlist any five effective ideas to address the probable listed problems with reason.
We can reduce corruption by increasing direct contact between the government and the
governed. Have Clear Protocols,open communication,Take corruption claims seriously and

3. Explain the most effective possible solution proposed for the problem.

HAPPYSTORY: Nisha is working in a manufacturing company. One day she was shown in the
manager's office . Some people give bribes to complete work very fast at a time nisha was shown
and suddenly in her mind get the idea to visit a website and complain against this crime. So she
was satisfied to visit the website.
SAD STORY : Samir was trying to get his work done and form submitted for a long time. He
kept visiting the office many times but nothing worked. People were indirectly asking him for
bribes he couldn't afford. Even after all the efforts and so many visits he was unsuccessful in
getting his task completed. If he had access to something like the website he wouldn't have
struggled.
