do hereby state that I/We am/are not liable to registration under the provisions of
Goods and Service Tax Act.

I/We declare that as soon as our value of turnover exceeds Rs. 20 Lacs, we shall
get ourselves registered with the Goods and Services Tax department and give
our GSTN to Tata Teleservices Limited.

Further, as soon as our value of turnover crosses Rs. 20 Lacs, we undertake that
we will charge CGST and SGST/UTGST or IGST as the case may be and
comply with all provisions under the Goods and Services Act but not limited to
timely payment of GST and filing of GST returns.
