The Chairman cum Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Generation ‘and Distribution Corporation Limited in the letter second cited, has sent proposal for implementation of the above scheme and for issue of letter of commitment under section 108 of Electricity Act 2003. 2) In the Government Order 3" cited orders have been issued for provision of free electricity of 100 units bimonthly to all demestic, (P.7.0)‘consumers in all slabs.
