Morphology and Morphometry:
Interactive system for analysis of sperm morphology and morphometry.
Identifies sperm of stained and unstained samples and measures length
and width of the sperm head, head shape and midpiece asymmetry of
each single sperm cell (acc. to Krüger). Results can be classified into a
large range of morphologic abnormalities. The classification according
to morphological criteria is a self-learning process.
