I was so sad to hear about your fall. When you joined GBG in high
school, you meshed with everyone immediately and brought so much

It’s been a while since we’ve talked, but I’ve kept up with you from a
distance through social media. From what I can tell, you’ve always had
that same positive energy and fun personality you had in high school,
and your friends and family are lucky to be around you.

I have a ton of respect for your work as a paramedic, but even more for
the genuine smile you keep and the respect you show to others. I
remember meeting you at Northwood and how easy it was to hang out
with you from the jump, which goes to show the type of friendly,
likable guy you are.

This is Cameron from Northwood. It’s been a while bro, hopefully you
still remember who I am. I’m praying it’s not much longer before you
can read this, but if anyone can get through an obstacle like this, it’s
you.

From when I first met you, I knew you were a determined guy who
doesn’t give up easily. Your kindness and love for those around you,
even those you just met, has always stuck with me.

You probably don’t remember, but I once complained to you about

being so out of shape. I remember how you told me that I could get
anywhere I wanted to be, didn’t judge at all and gave me confidence in
myself. Not a lot of people did stuff like that for me, and I’ll always
remember it.

You were a good friend to me back then and I hope I can be there for
you once things are better.

My man. The guy who came to Northwood High and was instantly
loved. Loved by the football team for your dedication in the weight
room and tenacity on the field (I still remember when you scored like
three touchdowns against Irvine, that was crazy). Loved by the GBG
for your hilarious jokes and bravado. We still love you man. Every
conversation we had after we graduated, I kept thinking to myself man
I can’t wait to get back in town so I can kick it with Paul and the boys.

When you first came to NHS, I just remember your diamond studs
and thinking, damn this guy is cool af, I need to get diamond studs. I
feel like that confidence just comes natural to you and I’ll always be
envious of that. It’s that confidence that makes me think you’re strong
enough to push through this. We’re all thinking of you and we all love
you man.
