REVELANT INFORMATION GATHERED FROM AMA

1.) IN THE PAST, MANY CENTRALIZED EXCHANGES HAVE


LAUNCHED HIGH-DIVIDEND TOKENS FUNDED BY TRANSACTION
FEES. BUT I SEE THEM FAILING DUE TO LOW VOLUME, OR
REDUCED DIVIDENDS. HOW IS YOUR PROJECT TRYING TO GET
AND MAINTAIN ENOUGH DIVIDENDS TO SATISFY TOKEN
HOLDERS?

1. Looking at the highest trading volume pairs in BSC right now and make sure

we offer these pairs in our dApp to attract volumes from investors.

2. Keep our APRs higher for our LPs by limiting our single-sided staking

options.

3. Integrate quickly with DEX aggregators (these conversations have already

started) These aggregators are also waiting on our full audits to make sure

we are SAFU!

4. Keep our fees lower to attract value-minded investors into ShibaNova.

5. Provide a secure and safe place for all investors - from new investors to

seasoned whales - so that we can keep long-term investments in our project.

6. Continue to invest heavily in our AMA series and Marketing in order to have

new eyes always looking at our project.

7. With our very successful presale dApp, we can outreach to other projects

to utilize our dApp as a launchpad option - and attract more liquidity with

every new IDO.

The lower fees is definitely attractive to value-minded investors and getting

the volume through DEX aggregators like 1Inch is also important (the work

has already been started on this so integration shouldn’t take too long,

hopefully) .

One big thing as well is changing people’s buying behaviors and making sure

that our investors use our own DEX, but that’s also dependent on whether we

have liquidity to provide this service on a consistent basis. So it goes back to

attracting big investors who want to bring their liquidity to ShibaNova - one

of the ways we will do this is to provide a SAFU platform for them to trust

that their money is safe! Safety + passive income dividends + low fees. That is

the recipe for our success! (We will also invest very heavily with Marketing!)

3.) WHAT IS THE PLAN FOR PROFIT SHARING? AND ALSO


WHAT PLANS TO KEEP OLD AND NEW INVESTORS?

1. We are allocating 75% of the fees collected in our dApp for our daily

dividends. We have a lot of surprises in store to incentivize our investors to

keep their sNOVA dividend tokens so please stay tuned!

2. We have a really effective marketing campaign. Our AMA series is a lot of

work, it’s also a lot of fun, but it helps to introduce ShibaNova to a lot of

different communities. We’re not interested in “shilling” but actually helping

to educate others why our project is great :) The more people understand

how ShibaNova’s innovation works, the more they see how great the

opportunity for growth (and long term passive income) the more investors get

excited about it. We are not a meme token - our idea for DeFi 2.0 is truly to

help investors understand the space and attract new investors in the process.
4.) HOW WOULD YOU PROVE TO INVESTORS THAT THIS
PROJECT IS MUCH SAFER COMPARED TO URANIUM WHICH
WAS REPORTEDLY HACKED, WOULD YOU GUYS DO KYC? AND
HOW WOULD YOU GUYS KEEP PAYOUT CONSTANT TO MAKE
SHIBANOVA ALWAYS ATTRACTIVE TO CUSTOMERS?

1. As we revealed during our AMA with CryptoKudasai, we completed our KYC

with AssureDefi :)

Also remember that all our team members were also victims of the Uranium

exploit. This is why we are using a great deal of our resources to keep

ShibaNova SAFU!

2. Yes! 75% of the fees go back to our Money Pot to be redistributed as

dividends to investors! We are also penalizing people who exchange their

sNOVAs into NOVAs before 72hrs. Plus we are burning all the sNOVAs that

get changed back to NOVAs, so those who keep their sNOVAs intact will get

more of the dividends :)
