The 'Soul' Factor: The Connection Between An Employee and The Employer
‘Soul 11.11’, are the off springs of a generation that had laid the foundation for
the e-world and has been the change itself, of a distinct evolution into the
current times. Living in an age obsessed with a touch of technology in almost
everything, complex gadgets and the internet that has brought an entire era
together in isolation, has made us think nothing beyond the usual. The
neediness for affirming a distinction in state of mind has had us landing in the
shores of rendering technology as a service
to the world we share, with a tinge, class-apart. Having travelled quite the
distance adequate enough to criticize the players has had us ending up in
the center stage facing the odds, serving the society, dealing with the
‘real-world’.
The spark
The consciousness about the state of economy, technology, man power resource-unemployment,
ration and the potential ‘super-power’ ability of the country, could all be
considered as the factors influential for the emergence of Soul 11.11.
The moral obligation for contributing to the transformation of the world
outside the window was a call that had to be answered and we paved the best
course to accomplish that. We launched ourselves! The undiversified focus
had the team cite the stages and set the standards, for a perfect service-
oriented firm rendering services beneficial to the majority.
