1. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Weekly Inspection:
Fluid level; Full when cylinder is at BOTTOM of stroke.

 Check filter indicator gauge; replace element if needle is in Yellow background or before
pressure reaches 20 PSI.

Check hydraulic connections for leaks. Particular attention to hydraulic hoses for fretting or
stress damage.

2. FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT

1. Replace element after first 60 days.
2. When needle is in Yellow background or before pressure reaches 20 PSI, when at
operating temperature. Normally every 6 months.

FILTER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT PART NUMBERS

HYDRAULIC TANK TOP FILTER

Filter element ………………………………. Linz LIT-1252-10P

Use the following procedure to replace Filter element:

A. Shut Off electric motor or gas engine; this will release pressure in the filter line.
B. Remove top of filter and remove filter element.
C. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the new seal.
D. Install the new element and install filter top.

BREATHER CANISTER REPLACEMENT

Replace element every 6 months

Breather canister ………………………………. Linz CP-1282-10-50

Monthly Inspection:

Wiring (Harnesses), loose connections

Attachment hardware; loose bolts, nuts, brackets, etc.

4. RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS FOR EACH NEW UNIT

1. 2 ea. Hydraulic filter element elements. Lenz LIN-1252-10P
2. 1 ea. Replacement spin-on breather filter. Linz CP-1282-10-50
4. 1 ea. Load or accumulator valve replacement solenoid coils. Parker #CAS012D
5. 1 ea. 12 VDC Relay. Finder 38.51.7.012.0050

We recommend that the above spare parts be replenished as they are used
