At around 0830 hrs, A sub-contractor personnel entered the energized Switch gear room
for some testing job. An arc flash incident happened while performing the assigned
activity due to use of non-insulated tool. A firewatcher during his routine rounds found the
victim was seriously injured; He then immediately called the attention of safety officer/first
Scenario:
aider and supervisor at site followed by a phone call to the Aramco Emergency number.
The area has been immediately isolated and the victim sent to the clear area while
waiting for the ambulance.

b. The injured victim found by a fire watcher and ensure that no electricity contact and the room was
shutdown.

c. The Supervisor immediately called the Saudi Aramco Emergency Hotline.
