 JENNY - is an inventory management application that keeps track of a collection of


physical media. Media format generally consists of video and audio stored on various
magnetic tape, optical, external HDD, and similar formats. These assets are actively moved
between over 100 locations worldwide which include Scholastic offices, warehouses,
dedicated third party storage facilities (i.e. Iron Mountain), production facilities. The system
will allow a user to create a new asset and assign its location and other characteristics,
lookup the current location of an existing asset, track the location history of an asset,
maintain tables containing asset attributes, and send emails requesting the asset, as well as
producing various types of barcodes and reports for use in accurate tracking of media
assets.

2. HRDB - This application is all about the employee database


management system. Where we can export, import and create the
employee data along with the agency through which they hired,  We can
also check the eligibility criteria for employee termination and rehire.

3. Databucket - User sign onto the app and can


 - Create a sales file, The input file is the data bucket file located on production
ISeries server.
 - Excel Upload Process 

4. SMTD - The main objective for this application is to create a database and search the contact
information of scholastic employees, contractors, outsourced staff and temporary employees.
Scholastic Master Telephone Directory is used to maintain the author and publisher of telephone
numbers and office locations to various internal scholastic systems.
