Suggestion: Thad the edge of the eyes overlap the brown yarn slightly because I wanted the collar to cover just a tiny part. When the eyes are placed where you like them, sew them on and hide the tail inside the sock. ‘Try on the sock to see where you’d like the ears placed. Pin ears in place about one stitch away from the eyes. Suggestion: add a curve at the top of the ear when sewing. The bottom stitch should be sewn right where the green yam meets the brown of the sock. Pin the collar in place right where the ear meets the brown of the sock. Sew in place across the short edge. Try on your sock and see where you would like the button placed. Remember, you can use the button to tighten the sock abit. You can also choose to sew the entire collar on all the way around instead of using the button if you choose. ‘That’s it! You're done! I hope you enjoy your socks!
