Good morning ladies and Gentleman on behalf of my self and Asahi Synchrotech Indonesia Company. I
Would like to welcoming you here today.

First of all I want to say thanks to the almighty God, because we can gather in this place in good health.
And don’t forget to express sholawat and taslim to our prophet Muhammad SAW because he has
brought us from the dark to the light.

Let me introduce my self, My name is Muh Fajar Hizbullah I am responsible for Managing of Financial
Department.

I am here with you today to talk about my Company Profile . The purpose of my presentation is to
convince you that our company is the best place to you to invest your money. This is a topic that most
people will find interesting because you can get information about our company .

Currently our main office is located at General Sudirman Street No. 1 Jakarta, Indonesia. We also have 5
branches located in Makassar, Denpasar, Bekasi, Bandung, and Surakarta. At present we have developed
and have an organizational structure consisting as follows:

 Company Organization
 Director

The first part is director, that is Mr Sukman. A director is responsible for managing each manager below.
Which includes procedures, objectives and mission, operational policies, and supervision and control of
managers and their responsibilities.

 Financial Managers

The second part is financial managers, led by Me. Financial managers have a duty to regulate, supervise,
and control managerial areas related to corporate finance.

 Production Manager

The third part is production manager, led by Mr Sukirman. The production manager is responsible for
planning, coordinating and controlling the process of producing products according to the budget and
quality with company standard

 Marketing Manager

Next, marketing manager, led by Mrs Septi. Marketing managers have a big duty and responsibility to
increase company profits

 Human Resources Manager

Next Human resource managers led by Mr Khaerul Anwar. Human resource managers are responsible
for overseeing the recruitment, interviews and recruiting of new employees. act as a liaison between
company management and employees.
 Supervisor

Last, Supervisor led by Mrs Saniyah. Supervisor is responsible for assisting managers and supervising
and directing their subordinates.
