COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS BLINDED REVIEW FORMAT

As stated in the VPRCS Directive article 6 sub article 6.2, the mission of Research and
Community Services Vice President Office is/ are brings economic, social, intellectual and
cultural developments by conducting academically rigorous and social meaningful research, by
disseminating knowledge and technologies and through rigorous community service and active
engagement. To make this mission fruitful, the office has responsibility and power to calls for
proposal and makes the proposal reviewed at department, college/school and the university level
based on thematic areas and merits. Hence the Director for community services and Engagement
could identifies the needs and problems in the community with the community and provides
services that can solve the societal bottlenecks. And also to bring a SMART community service
projects from academia, the following review and selecting criteria format is prepared.
