1. In compliance with Section 5 of the Rule on Declaration of Absolute

Nullity of Void Marriages and Annulment of Voidable Marriages, she has
served copy of the Petition dated January 15, 2021 on the Office of the
Solicitor General (OSG) by registered mail with return card on January
19, 2021;

2. The said copy of the petition was received by the OSG on January 29,
2021 as shown by the hereto attached original copy of the Registry
Return Receipt from the Philippine Postal Corporation. The same is
marked as ANNEX “A”;

WHEREFORE, petitioner most respectfully prays that this Compliance be
