resident of Unit 1E Bamboo Villas, along Sandoval Ave., Brgy., Pinagbuhatan, Pasig
City, do hereby name, appoint and constitute, ROGIELEEN G. BONDOC, Filipino,
of legal age, single and resident of Unit 303, Mt. Kanlaon Bldg., Eusebio Bliss III,
Westbank Rd., Brgy. Maybunga, Pasig City as my true and legal representative to act
for and in my name and stead and perform the following acts:

1. To process, sign and receive Tax Clearance Certificate of Solarset

Corporation and all documents of whatever nature or kind may be necessary
to carry into effect the foregoing authority and to bind ourselves in any
covenant with Bureau of Internal Revenue.

2. To perform any and all relative matter for the fulfillment of the given
authority. Giving and granting unto my/our Attorney-in-Fact the full power
and authority to do and perform all acts and thing whatsoever necessary to
be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as
I/We might add or could do if personally present hereby ratifying and
confirming all previous transaction of all kinds and all that my/our said
Attorney-in-Fact, his/her delegates or substitute shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue of these presents.
