LDM REFLECTIONS IN PRACTICUM

Pandemic has changed everything. It gives a big impact on the lives of

everyone. May it be negative or partly positive. In all of the sectors of the government.
Educational system is one of the agencies that has been greatly affected by the
pandemic. It has been a problem that caught everyone unprepared and unready.

Since the start of the pandemic. Teachers were trying its best to cope up with
the new normal education where in face to face is not anymore possible. Hence. The
teaching and learning process that we are used to implement must be changed and
modified as well, blended learning is the solution given by the department of education
that we have to learn with: giving modules, and having online classes with our learners.
With the said situation. Teachers faced a lot of problem along its way. There’re varieties
of factor to consider in dealing with this new normal education: for the implementation
of online classes, mostly of the students don't have their gadgets. If they have one,
they don't have the money to finance on their day to day internet connection, and or
worse, they don't know how to manipulate the gadgets and deal with the applications
needed for the online class. I, myself, have to be honest I am not inclined with the
technology. I also have to learn what and how to manipulate some applications and
gadgets. We also have to deal with the internet connection, electricity and other
external factors that interrupt the implantation of online class. For the modular, the
factor that affect the production of modules such as printer, inks and bond paper and
even electricity are the things that we have to consider too. The distribution process
with the fear of acquiring and spreading of the virus are the things we have to face for
the love of work. Most of the parent's time also conflicts with the schedules of releasing
and retrieving of modules. Some may don't have time to with tutorials for their children
because they also have works to deal with. Worst is some of the parents didn't even
had a proper education and can't even ready thus teaching and guiding their children
with their modules never done.

Pandemic gave many things to learn. It may be a challenging part for everyone
but I know with the faith of God, help and cooperation with each other, we can achieve
the quality education the we are aiming to have. Not even pandemic can hinder the key
to success of every leaners.
