FIRST HRPTA MEETING

ORIENTATION FOR THE NEW NORMAL

August 13, 2020

Grade VI - Aguinaldo

The first HRPTA meeting/Orientation for the parents was held on August 13,
2020, it was a great and clear sky morning. The meeting for the first batch started at
exactly 9 am, the adviser of VI - Aguinaldo Mr. Michael T. Patiño a teacher III of
Sinunuc elementary school led the prayer and presided. Hence, the second batch was
scheduled for the afternoon session of August 13, 2020. One of the first things
discussed was the proper protocol of the new normal.

Little games for motivation then proceed to proper. The agenda was based on
the guidelines from the department of education. It was printed page by page on a
couple of paper tarpaulin. Blended modular distance learning BMDL was the focus, from
the answering of the caplet to the grouping of the students and so on. It was also
reiterated the basic time of studies based on the subject per day.

Furthermore, it was also tackled, the releasing and retrieval of the caplets to
maintain the physical distancing in the school and their respective rooms. The HRPTA
Officers were as well elected during the meeting to manage and help the Grade Six
Aguinaldo in the upcoming projects of the school. The parents were also told to
cooperate with the new normal policies of the school and the department of education.

SECOND HRPTA MEETING

December 10, 2020
Grade VI – Aguinaldo/Estrada

The second HRPTA meeting was held on December 10, 2020, it was indeed a
great and awesome morning. The meeting for the first batch started at exactly 9 am,
the adviser of VI - Aguinaldo/Estrada Mr. Michael T. Patiño a teacher III of Sinunuc
elementary school led the prayer and presided. Hence, the second batch was scheduled
for the afternoon session of December 10, 2020 just to really follow the
AITF/WHO/Department of Health proper protocol of the new normal. Little games for
motivation then proceed to proper. The agenda was based on the guidelines from the
department of education. It was printed page by page on a couple of paper tarpaulin.

It was reiterated the basic time of studies based on the subjects per day, for the
pupils to have a retention on learning. The name of the teachers per subject with their
Cell phone numbers. It was also review the grading system and the facilitation of the
attendance of the parents and guardians in the SF2. It was then that the introduction of
the SIGA project to the parents and guardians was promulgated. They were also
cordially invited to have a Pintakase to prepare and cultivate the assigned SIGA area.

Furthermore, the rescheduling dates on the releasing and retrieval of the caplets
from group A and B to maintain the physical distancing in the school and prevent the
escalating numbers of COVID19 PANDEMIC VIRUS. The parents were also told to just
cooperate with the new normal policies of Sinunuc Elementary School.
