14. Commissioning Josts will depute their Service Engineer to your Plant/Location for commissioning of the equipment.

We have given our delivery schedule in good faith and will try to execute the order in accordance with this schedule.
We shall however not be responsible for any delay due to act of God, Indian enemies, war, riots or any such case,
15. Force Majeure:
Failure in the suppliers or non-availability of adequate quality of essential raw material like steel or any other cause
beyond our control or that of our suppliers. For such case we shall not be liable to any claim for any compensation.

16. Concessional Any concessional forms as applicable must be sent along with the purchase order. If not send along with the
Forms: purchase order, then tax/ duties will be charged full as per applicable rates.
