There are several positive effects that science brings to food. Food technology can
can have a good healthy life with a well-balanced diet. Food technology is one of
the greatest inventions that food science has created successfully with the large
consumption and preservation technologies that can keep food for a long time.

imbibe nutrients that have a good influence on their routine life, people will
increase their energy level and improve human health. One of the particular
examples is the smoothie beverages made with nutrient-rich seeds. These seeds

skin, hair and fiber that is good for the digestive system. Furthermore, scientists
produce artificial food colouring to make palatable food with various colours and
many savoury flavours of food that make the eaters feel hungry and buy these
products for the first time. Obviously, tasty cakes that add several colours and
sugary ingredients will attract customer's eyes. For these reasons, the evolution of
science on food will leads to the expansion of the food processing industry with
technical analyses in the future.
Secondly, food can keep fresh for a long time due to created preservation
technologies. Many years ago, people put food, such as vegetables or cooked
food outside the air environment for three to five days with peculiar phenomenons,
such as mildew and stale of food due to microorganism and bacteria invasion in
such as canned food and the freezing method. Moreover, it is easy to find canned
food in the market and supermarket. Additionally, many household families can
warm food and use time effectively. While the freezing method used to keep food
fresh for a long time to prevent bacteria, people can be apply it in real life as sell
frozen fruit in the supermarket and the buyer can mix milk with fruit to create a

of science, there are many useful methods to preserve food as well as without
losing nutrient and the contributions of science to research about food science that
create food with beautiful colours and nutrients that help human have a good life
