REMINDERS IN ANSWERING MODULES:

1. Read the instructions of each activity properly.

2. Answer with integrity and sincerity. Plagiarism is highly prohibited. Your answers will
undergo a plagiarism check.
3. Use this answer sheet template in answering the modules.
4. Answer all activities in Microsoft Word and save it in Portable Document Format
(PDF). If you could not encode your answer using a computer, laptop, or smartphone,
you may write your answer on a bond paper and take a photo.
5. Make sure that all information is filled in correctly. 
6. Do not leave any learning task unanswered. 
7. Fill in the header (first page only) and the footer.
8. Should you have any questions regarding the content, please reach me through our
Messenger group chat or comment under the post concerned on our virtual classroom.
Do not PM me your queries unless highly confidential, so your classmates can
benefit from the answer if they have the same concerns.

 SUBMITTING MODULES

1. Mode of submissions will be any of the following:

 If the activity is posted as an assignment, you may send them directly through
the assignment post.

where you can submit your answers (PDF or IMAGE).
 Other forms of submissions, including but not limited to Messenger or E-mail, will
not be accepted unless otherwise discussed.
