1)With neat sketches explain Flow regimes in horizontal in multiphase flow.
2) Derive the total presser drop in Homogenous model in multiphase flow.
3) For a horizontal miniature tube of 1 mm inner diameter, determine the
flow regime for 1.5×10-3 kg/s of water-steam at 100oC and 10% quality.

4) Calculate the flow boiling two-phase heat transfer coefficient for 300kg/s-m 2 of water at 1 atm and 9%
quality in an upward vertical tube with a diameter of 0.90 cm and a wall temperature of 140 oC.
