REHEARSALS – Not everyone will be called to every rehearsal. See attached calendar. Please be sure
to call or email us with any rehearsal conflicts that may arise. (If any cast member has more than 3
unexcused absences, they may be asked to leave the cast.)

REGISTRATION – There will be a participation fee for this production. This $50.00 fee will be able to be
paid on “My Payments Plus,” and will include a Once on This Island Jr. script and t-shirt.

ADVERTISMENTS— We ask that all of our cast members get the word out about our production and
find sponsors to help us cover the costs that come along with producing a musical. For additional
information, please see the attached advertisement order form. All ads are due no later than Friday,
October 20th. Ad submissions and questions regarding the program or ad sales can be sent to
sftprogram@aol.com. Please put “AMSB SHOW” in the subject line.

The SHOW DATES for Once on This Island Jr. are November 10th and 11th.

COSTUMES – You may be asked to bring in miscellaneous items that we will require you to provide as
part of the “base” costume for us to embellish as needed. We definitely appreciate clothing donations.
Check with us before you throw anything out!

VOLUNTEERING – We are more than willing to put a parent volunteer to good use during our rehearsal
process. From set design and painting to costume and prop crews; even ushers and concessions! If
you are interested in volunteering please see the attached Actor Contract.

TICKETS – Tickets will be available to purchase on line or in the lobby of the school before the
performances. Tickets are general admission and cost $8.00 for students 12 and under and $10.00 for
adults. Online ticket information will be available in the next week and you will be notified through
email.
