ABSTRACT
With the increase of technology internet has become very important for us in our day to
day life. We all have internet facilities to access internet for searching information from
any corner of the world. There are many online sites on internet today, but what if we use
marketing sites only for farmers??Sounds good right! So, we have created the website to
provide digital marketing for farmers in which we are going to provide special facilities
for farmers marketing, in fast and efficient way.

Chapter 1

Introduction

As we all know internet provides us amazing facilities of searching any information from
any corner of the world by anyone. Now a day everything has become digital and each and
every one has internet facilities. ‘Kisan360’ is one of the online classified to almost sell
and buy anything related to agriculture products. There are many online sites but if you
ask for marketing related sites for farmer’s kisan360 is the appropriate website and 80% of
people buy stuff from internet, knowing to all this conditions we have created this site.

Chapter 2

Feasibility Study

Requirement Specification

The requirement gathering process is intensified and focuses specially on software.

For developing the software engineer the Framework activities for understand the role of
software. There are five activities such as
1. Communication
2. Planning
3. Modeling
4. Construction
5. Deployment

In communication phase we have collect the requirements of the software through proper
communication with the Guide. In planning phase the proper plan of project is created and
tracking the schedule by guide. In next modeling phase the designing of the Image to text
software is created and in is translated into coding in construction phase. Finally the
deployment phase the software is delivered to the guide.

 Feasibility Study

During the preliminary survey we examine existing software and understand the user
need. Here the feasibility study provides a feasible way to achieve goals. If project risk
is great feasibility of producing software quality reduced. During product engineering,
however we concentrate our attention on four primary areas of interest they are as
follows:

 Economical Feasibility
They system requires hardware, which is already present in the organization. The
price of software and system is within client’s budget, this is economical
feasible. An evolution of document cost weight against income or benefit
derived from developed system or product.

Communication
 Project initiation
Planning
Fig 2.1: Process Model
 Estimating
 Scheduling
 Technical Feasibility
The system can develop using available equipment as well as with
Modelingand technical employees. There is no need to
available software
 Analysis
develop any kind of software of recruited special technical employee.
 Design
So the system is technically feasible. The technical study of software
and the hardware requirement that is the technical requirement of the
Construction
system in order to inform management user that for particular system
 Codingresources in order to know the user and
dealing this much technical
 Testing
management view reading technical resources. To study the function,
performance and constraint that may affect the ability to achieve an
Deployment
acceptable system.
 Delivery
 support
 Legal Feasibility
The system is legally feasible because Development Website
which are used to authorize once. Necessary legal formalities will be
completed before Development starts. The determination of
infringement, violation, or liability that could to result from
development of the system.

 Operational Feasibility
The system is developed on GUI, Environment on Windows platform
and it is fully menu driven also driven also it is user friendly. On-line
help is available for the system and thus system is operationally
feasible.

 Time Feasibility
It is proposed by the client that the system must be completed within 6
months which is considerable time for development and analysis, so it
is feasible with Respect to time. Hence the project is form to
Technically, Economically, Legally and Operationally feasible.

 Alternatives
An evolution of alternative approach to the development of the system
or product.

4.4.4: Data Flow Diagram

A data flow diagram or a bubble chart is a graphical tool for future

analysis. DFD modules a system by using external entities from which
data flows to a process, which transforms the data and creates output
data flows which go to others process or external entities or files. Data
in files may also flow to processes as input. DFD can be hierarchically
organized, which can help in partitioning and analyzing large systems.
As a first step one data flow diagram can depict an entire system
which gives the system overview. There are various symbols used in a
DFD namely:
“Arrow”
A data flow is a route, which enables packets of data to travel from
one point to another. Data may flow from a source to a processor or
from a data store or process. An “Arrow” Line” depicts a flow with the
arrowhead pointing in the direction of the flow.

“process”:
A process represents transformation where incoming data flows are
change into outgoing flow data.
“Data store”:
A data store represents a repository of data that is to be stored for use
by one or more processes may be as single as buffer or queue or
sophisticated as relational database. They should have clear names.

“A Source or Sink”:
A source or sink is a person or part of an organization, which enter
or receives information from the system, but is considered to be
outside the contest of data flow model.
