NOTE: You must reach above mention test center on 15th November, 2020 by 08:30 am positively. Center will
be sealed/closed at 09:30 am.
You are provisionally allowed to appear in the test. Subject to verification of credentials and eligibility criteria.

COVID-19 Instructions:

1. Must wear facemask (no entry permitted without facemask)

2. Ensure social distancing while entering exam hall.
3. Avoid crowding at the exam center.
4. Bring your own drinking water in transparent bottle.
5. Bring your own hand sanitizer in transparent bottle.

General Instructions
You are advised to bring this ROLL NO SLIP along with your Original National ID Card or Passport or B Form and Original
Matric Certificate containing your photograph (Mandatory). Candidate failing to produce ROLL NO SLIP and Origional CNIC will
not be allowed to enter in the examination hall.
In case of B-Form/ Loss of CNIC, please provide Original NADRA Token Slip as a proof that you have applied for the fresh CNIC
along with Govt. issued photo ID e.g. Original Matriculation/ Intermediate certificate is also required.
You must bring following items with you on the exam day:
i. A clean clip board.
ii. Two blue ball points (not pointer, marker, pencil, gel pens, etc).
Mobile phones, calculators, smart watches and other electronic gadgets are NOT allowed in the examination hall otherwise
strict disciplinary action shall be taken which may also lead to cancellation of paper and will be debarred from appearing in the
upcoming MDCAT Exam.
Mobile collection facility will not be provided at test center.
