FINAL EXAM
PA 203

A. ESSAY

PASIG CITY
1. Postmodern Public Administration Theory

- A sustainable unpoliticized and principled public service.

2. Quality Education

- The City Government of Pasig allotted PHP350 million to sustain its

education system. It is intended for the Construction and Rehabilitation of
44 School Buildings, Scholarship program for the 16,000 beneficiaries, to
raise the standard of tertiary education of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng
Pasig (PLP) and for the adoption of "distance learning modality" that will
provide free educational materials for the students enrolled in public
elementary, junior and senior high school.

There is no question that education is a powerful driver of prosperity. It is

one of the most important factors to a person’s success in today’s society.
Whether a person is living in poverty or among the wealthiest in the world,
education is necessary to advance in any situation. It decreases poverty,
promotes health and provides economic growth

3. Universal Healthcare Program (UHC) for Pasigueñons.

- Pasigueñons are guaranteed equitable access to quality and affordable

health care goods and services, and protected against financial risk. This
help ensure that every Pasigueñon is healthy, protected from health
hazards and risks, and has access to affordable, quality, and readily
available health service that is suitable to their needs.

The Pasig City Government should prioritize this program and allot bigger
budget so that it will strengthen the health human resources and
rationalization of the Pasig City Health Department.

For it to be materialized they must ensure that UHC is properly

implemented in the city.
B. EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK TO THE COURSE

1. Very informative and knowledgeable, also the efforts and preparedness Dr.
Rimando on the subject. Her knowledge for the subject is too good and I think
she is clear what all things she needs to cover. She is openminded and not
over bearing to ask questions as of other classes that I have. She is fair with
each and every student

2. Though I have not yet visited the IFSU Library and LMS, I greatly appreciate
Dr. Rimando’s effort in providing us the references for us to cope up with the
learning process.

3. I clearly document all of the lectures and references provided so that others
can easily understand my presentation and maybe use the same information
and finding in future references.

4. I like the “feel free” style of lecture. Dr. Rimando offers free communication
among her students of which helped us increase our motivation as well as
efforts.

5. I am creative in any role that I am given. I usually think out of the box. I take
my day to day tasks and challenge myself to see where I can make
improvements.
