AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

I, FLORIDA MAGTIBAY, widow, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Barangay Pambisan
Munti,Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law, depose and
say:

That I am one of the heir of LIBRADO MAGTIBAY;

That he own only an aggregate landholding in the whole country an area of not more
than Five (5) hectares described as follows:
a. TCT No. RT-94 (T-73261) with an area of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) square meters;
b. TCT No. T-45168 with an area of TWENTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINE
(26,209) square meters;
c. TCT No. T-36182 with an area of TWENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX
(20,956) square meters;
d. TCT No. 94616 with an area of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE
(1,331) square meters.

That he own no other land except this land above-stated;

That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative order No. 8,
Series of 1995 as supplemented by Administrative Order No. 06 Series of 1996

That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the above-mentioned facts and
for whatever lawful purposes that may serve.
