AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

We, FELOMINA CIELO ALEGRIA, widow, and RAFAELA ALEGRIA, both of legal
ages, Filipinos, resident of Barangay Malitbog, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, after having been
duly sworn to pursuant to law, depose and say:

That we are the heir of late CRSIANTO ALEGRIA;

That he owned only an aggregate landholding in the whole country an area of not more
than Five (5) hectares described as follow:
a. TCT No. T-71126 with an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN
(2,287) square meters;

That he owned no other land except this land above-stated;

That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 8,
Series of 1995 as supplemented by Administrative Order No. 06 Series of 1996

That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the above-mentioned facts and
for whatever lawful purposes that may serve.
