Special rules
Squat Engineers are very useful during and after fight.
They have unique abilities which are represented by the
following rules.

Advanced Armourer
This skill is treated just like the Armourer Techno Skill. In
addition, because the Squat Engineer is so skilled at fixing
weapons he can help friendly fighters too. All friendly
fighters within 2 inches of the Squat Engineer may ignore
failed ammo check rolls and weapon explosion on a D6
roll of 5+.

credits (income not profit) for it. If the Gang Leader refuses
then the Squat Engineer will issue a challenge (follow the
rules for a Leadership Challenge) with the winner taking
the SCS data system. If the leader wins he rolls once on
the standard rare trade chart and may either keep that item
or give it to the Squat Engineer. If the Gang Leader ends
up not handing over the SCS data system then the Squat
Engineer leaves the gang and no other Squat Engineer will
ever work with the gang again. If the item is handed over
then the Squat Engineer will work the next battle for free
and the item is never seen again.
