Okra is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants that help
reduce the risk of serious health conditions like cancer, diabetes,
stroke, and heart disease. Peppers contain wide array of
phytochemicals such as vitamins, phenolics and flavonoids that are
important anti-oxidants which may reduce degenerative diseases

we started a movement to repurpose resources and

A Clean Environment Is Essential for Healthy Living: The more you
don't care about our environment, the more it will become polluted with
contaminants and toxins that have a harmful impact on our health. Air
pollution can cause respiratory diseases and cancer, among other
problems and diseases.
