(iii) Intimation Fee upto 50 years age Rs.5,400/-
(iv) Intimation Fee upto 60 years age Rs.10,400/-
(v) Intimation Fee above 60 years age Rs.20,400/-
2. Attested photo copies of the Result Cards of my LL.B. Examination Part-I & Part-II and
proof of taking examination in LL.B. Part-III Examination OR if passed the LL.B. exam:
attested Copy of the LL.B Degree OR LL.B. Provisional Certificate.
3. Copy of Senior’s Identity Card (Issued by the Punjab Bar Council) for verification of
enrolment date.
4. Three Photographs in Professional dress for issuance of Roll Number slips. (The Male
Apprentice shall wear Maroon Tie and Female Apprentice Maroon Dopatta OR Scarf
during the period of Apprenticeship).

1. The enrolment as an advocate is subject to getting through the subjective type/ Multiple
choices of written Examination within a period of 2½ years in four attempts, completion
of six months apprenticeship and passing the Viva Voce Examination.
2. The candidate will be supplied, a book-let containing questionnaire alongwith Roll
Number Slip. However, the Examination fee for every subsequent attempt shall be Rs.
300/-.
3. The Questionnaire shall consist of the objective and subjective types of questions
pertaining to the following subjects:-

i. Civil Procedure Code.


ii. Criminal Procedure Code.
iii. Limitation Act.
iv. Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
v. Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973, and the rules framed thereunder.
vi. Canons of Professional Conduct and Etiquette of Advocate as framed by the
Pakistan Bar Council.
vii. Court Fees Act, and suits Valuation Act; and
viii. Qanoon-e-Shahadat

4. The written examination will be held quarterly at the former divisional Headquarters.

5. The candidate will have to obtain 45% marks to get through the written Examination,
However, the candidates having passed the LL.B Examination in first Division shall be
entitled to five extra marks.
