@ ION EXCHANGE Refreshing the Planet ee INDION’® New Generation Manual and Auto Softeners The INDION NG Softeners (NGS) are intended to remove hardness present in feed water. The unit incorporates @ strong acid cation resin in sodium form which removes hardness present in water and produces soft water. On exhaustion the unit is regeneration with a 15% w/v solutions of sodium chloride. The unit incorporates the counter current regeneration technique. The flow of water during the service cycle is in @ direction opposite to that of the regenerant, The system produces treated water having very low hardness typically less than 1 mg/l as CoCO3. NGS manual and auto softeners are designed to treat upto 50 m'/hr of feed water. Features + Unit is free standing and requires no special foundation © Unit is pre-assembled and tested prior to despatch and easy to install and commission + Multi Port valve with « hand operated lever is provided for ease of operation + Entire unit is of Plastic construction and is corrosion free and pressure vessel is of Fibre Glass Reinforced (FRP) construction * Unit is complete with regeneration equipment and ejector for injection of regenerant.
