 8cl pineapple juice
 8 coriander leaves  Glass : Pina glass
 1cl of sour  8cl of milk
 1 bottle of Tonic Mediterranean  1 dessert spoon of Greek yogurt
Put the coriander, pineapple & sour into the shaker,  4cl of mango puree
with 6 ice cubes. Shake.  6 seeds of cardamom
Pour everything into the glass, top with the tonic.  2cl of sugar syrup
Add a sprig of coriander decoration Put the ingredients into the shaker with 4 ice cubes.
Add a black paper straw. Shake.
*Served with the tonic bottle. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Strain contents of the shaker into the glass.
Garnish with 5/6 cardamom seeds & black paper straw.

GLASS TYPE : Pina Glass 6 lime wedges
• 1 fresh slice of cucumber 12 mint leaves
• 2 cl of House Sours 2 dessert spoons of sugar
• 3 feuilles de menthe Hildon ssparkling water
• Limonade PREPARATION
• 6 framboises Mash/muddle the lime wedges, sugar and mint leaves
In the small part of your shaker, put the cucumber, in the jar
minth, house sour and the raspberries then muddle it Fill jar to top with crushed ice
all together Stir thoroughly bringing the sugar, lime and mint leaves
Fill your shaker with Ice cube then shake it all well up from the bottom of the jar
Fill your Pina glass with ice cube to the top Top up with Hildon sparkling water
Strain the Mixture over the ice Garnish with a wheel of lime and a top bushy part of
Top the Glass with lemonade mint spring. Add a straw.

 Glass: Mason jar


 Glass : Gin  24 cl of pineapple juice
 8cl of cranberry juice  1 kiwi
 2cl of violet syrup  4 cl of ginger syrup Monin
 1cl of sour  (6cl with the usual ginger syrop)
 1 bottle of ginger beer  2cl of sour
Put the cranberry juice, the sour and the violet syrup  1 slice of fresh ginger
with 5 ice cubes into the shaker. Shake.
Fill the glass with crushed ice. Put the kiwi into the shaker and crush it with a pestle.
Strain contents of the shaker into the glass. Add the pineapple juice, ginger syrup and sour into the
