SODIMAC is a Chilean chain of construction, hardware and home
improvement businesses, belonging to the Falabella holding.
It was founded in Chile in 1952 as a cooperative supplier of
construction companies and became a public limited company.
The recession of the 1980s hit this cooperative hard, to the point
of being declared bankrupt.
In July 2003, the merger with Falabella was announced, which
already had a construction subsidiary, Home Store
Where it is taught to perform construction tasks at home. It
premiered in 1997 and was broadcast on Channel 13

KFC, is a fast food restaurant franchise
Colonel Sanders controlled the company until 1964, the year it
was sold to a group of local investors.

Ray Kroc decided to visit that restaurant that made an order for 8
smoothie machines
Kroc worked hard and sold the McDonald's brand.
McDonald's hamburgers were aimed at children and their families.
McDonald's began market research before granting new
franchises.
The company became an important sponsor of this event until
today.
