Flat Ceiling Installation

1. Bolt Concrete Bracket to the ceiling Concrete Bracket (MMJ A003) / 5mm

at pre-determined position. Drive Pin (MMJ A003)

2. Hang Rod to Concrete Bracket. Ensure that Susp. Rod Clamp (MMJ A001)
all Rods are at the required height. Nail R -70 @1200 mm

3. Insert Suspension Rod Clamp to R-70 and (MMJ A006)
secure to Rod.
4. Fix the M - Bar Furring to the R-70
by using the Suspension Clip (U Clip) at M - Bar Furring Clip Board
regular interval. (MMJ MA01)

5. Using self-tapping screw, mount the board to (MMJ TF02)
the M - Bar Furring. Cover the screw hole 600 mm
with joint compound.
