Description/Component/Activities

Bula Central School as the biggest school and show window of the district always
chosen as the venue for all district as well division contests. Buildings have distance from one
another and when the direct sunlight is too hot nor the rain is pouring our school children are
affected by these conditions. Since we are always after with the welfare of our school children,
we decided to raise funds for this Covered Path walks so that our pupils will be safe and walk
comfortably in going to their respective classrooms.

This activity shall be participated by the interested candidates who is willing to join
and help the said Search for King and Queen of Bula Central School. The faculty club
organized the mechanics and procedures of this search. We called the parents for a meeting
and discussed all the important details as well as the schedules for the canvassing and
highlights of the search.
Source Of Funds:

Budget requirement for this activity shall be from the Entry Fee amounting to P500.00
per candidates and the apportioned amount that they will be raised from stakeholders/kind
hearted people that gave some donations for the candidates

MECHANICS OF THE SEARCH FOR KING AND QUEEN OF

BULA CENTRAL SCHOOL 2020

1. Each Class must have a minimum of 1 pair of King and Queen or as

may as they can/ and as they desire.
2. Each candidate will give an entry fee of P 500.00.
3. Class without a candidate/s are required to give P 1,000.00as their
participation in the said activity.
4. Blind Canvassing will be observed.
5. Sharing:

P4,999 and below 10% 50% 40%

6. There will be motorcade before the Coronation Rites.

7. Parents of the Candidates shall have a Meeting before and after the
Canvassing.
8. Sharing shall be done right after the Canvassing.
9. Awards:
- Title for King and Queen 2020, then 1st to 5th Runner Up
- Crown, cape, scepter & Certificate for the Title Holder
- Non Winning will receive a sash and Certificate
- Additional Rating Points for the grade in the 4th Quarter
2 points – Title Holder
1.5 points – 2nd to 3rd
1 point – 4th and 5th
.50 point – for non-winning

10.Costume:

Any preferred gown for the Queen

Any preferred formal attire for the King

I. Pre Implementation Activities

The proponent conducted a planning conference with the school head about the
plan, then it was brought out during the School level conference of the teachers. Mechanic
and guidelines were discussed and approved unanimously by the group.

After the finalization of the guidelines, it was presented to the parents through
Homeroom PTA Meeting. Those interested participants were encouraged to participate in
the said Search for King and Queen 2019.
