ABOUT THE COLLOQUIUM

The colloquium provides an outstanding gathering for doctoral students in various areas of management
who want to pursue a career in academics and research with an opportunity to discuss their dissertation
research with other doctoral students and leading academicians in the field of management. All topics and
methodological approaches within the broad field of management comprising of finance, data analytics,
INDIAN INSTITUTE marketing, human resource management, strategic management, operations and supply chain management
OF TECHNOLOGY etc. will be considered. It will proceed in parallel tracks. Students will get an opportunity to discuss their work
KHARAGPUR with fellow students and faculty, who are renowned experts in the corresponding field. The consortium will
include selected paper presentations by the doctoral students along with invited talks by leading experts in
different domains of management. Doctoral students will get feedback on their research work for further
improvement to publish and build network with peers and distinguished experts.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The participants are advised to submit their papers / extended abstracts using
Times New Roman 12-point font, single spacing and APA/AOM style of
referencing. The paper should be maximum 15 pages long or 2500 words for
extended abstracts (all inclusive, with 1 inch margin on all sides) with a maximum
of 2MB file size and include personal particulars like name, title of paper,
affiliation, email, telephone and postal address. All papers will be assessed by a
panel of experts based on their research proposals. The application materials
should be submitted as a PDF document which includes a short introductory
CALL FOR PAPER statement explaining the applicant's interest in the colloquium, the current stage
of their research work, the name(s) of their advisor(s)/supervisor(s).

IMPORTANT DATES Registration fee (non-refundable) includes accommodation, conference kit,

refreshments, lunch and dinner on colloquium days. Registration fee for accompanying
