AFFIDAVIT

I, Mrs. Padmini Pratapsinh Porecha, wife of Mr. Pratapsinh D. Porecha, age about ----- years,
Occupation Housewife, residing at C-31/32 Vissanji Park, Naigaum Cross Road, Dadar (East),
Mumbai 400 014 solemnly affirm and state as under:

i. That I am one of the members of the family of Mr. Pratapsinh D. Porecha

[Pratapsinh];
ii. That the meeting of the members of the family of Pratapsinh, was held at the residence of
Pratapsinh on day of December 2006 when Mr. .Kaushik Bhatia Chartered Accountant and
a family friend also remained present by invitation.
iii. That the members of the family of Shri. Pratapsinh had arrived at the Understanding,
Arrangement, and Oral settlement made at the said meeting held on December ___,
2006 in the presence of Mr. Kaushik Bhatia, chartered Accountant and a family
friend and recorded it in the Memorandum Recording Family Understanding,
Arrangement, and Oral settlement on _________, 2006;
iv. That in order to support my son Mr. Samir Pratapsinh Bhatia[ Samir] residing at Patil
Heritage, Bhosale Nagar, Shivaji Nagar, Pune in the initial years of his stay in Pune as
also to enable him to be established in his business as a close family member I had given
him loam/advances from time to time[Details whereof are mentioned in the Schedule
hereunder written.].
v. That at the said meeting I being of sound mind, memory and understanding and capable
of performing any act requiring thought, judgment and reflection out of my free will
and without any pressure or influence of any nature whatsoever and in our mutual
family interest and maintain cordial relations and family harmony, orally agreed to
renounce/relinquish my rights to recover from my son Samir the said loans and
advances and accordingly I confirm that I shall not claim at any time any right to recover
from Samir the aforesaid total sum of Rs. ________;

vi. That I am the absolute owner, and/or am otherwise entitled to the aforesaid total sum
of Rs.___________ and have already agreed not to claim the said amount as mentioned
in v above in the mutual family interest and maintain cordial relations and family
harmony, and that I want to end all possible claim so that at a future date none of
my legal heirs and/or any person claiming under or through me can claim any right
title or interest either in the said amount Rs. ____________or any part thereof;
vii. That my son Samir is now relieved of the said debt of Rs. ________ and every part
thereof is now fully and absolutely entitled to possess and enjoy the aforesaid total
sum of Rs. ________________ for ever, and shall be able to exercise all the rights
and receive and take interest, profits thereof and of every part thereof without any let
or hindrance whatsoever from or by the deponent herein or by any person or persons
claiming from, under or in trust of her.
