    DHDT/MSQ UPGRADATION

    FLANGE JOINT BOX UP

    A) Stages:

    1. Flange joint coming under Hydrotest.


    2. Flange joint not Hydrotest.
    3. Flange joint opened during pre-commissioning.

    B) Requirement for Box Up:

    1. Information from piping/ Test team for stage 1, 2 & Commissioning Team for stage 3.
    2. Torque & Tensioning values. (By Mr. S.H. Baek).
    3. a) Sketch showing joint no.
    b) Application of Molykote
    c) Protection for extended portion, etc.
    4. Confirmation for any SS Bolts which required anti galling compound.
    5. Orifice Flange inside Grinding & Record.
