Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to
issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of a Writ of lvlandamus.
declaring the action of the Respondents in disqualifying the bid placed by the Petitioner
in Tender No.52-CAO-C-SC-2020 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of IRSGCC July 2020,
and consequently set aside the d isq ua lification of the Petitioner,;

Petition under Section 151 CPQpraying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all fudher
proceedings including finalization of Tender No.S2-CAO-C-SC-2020 by Respondents,
pending disposal of WP No. 22100 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.
