MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into and executed this 17th day of June 2019 at
Naawan, Misamis Oriental, Philippines by and between:

The BACONGA PATRIANA & CO., a professional auditing and assurance firm existing under the
laws of the Philippines with the principal office at Don Apolinar Velez St., CDO, and represented by its
partner Sir. Jeserio G. Lonon, Jr., CPA, and herein referred to as The Company.

The MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY AT NAAWAN, a state university existing under the laws of
the Philippines with office at Pedro Pagalan St., Naawan, Misamis Oriental, and represented herein by its
CHANCELLOR, DR. ELNOR C. ROA, and herein referred to as The University.

Jointly agree to provide practicum instruction to the students of MSU Naawan according to the
term of reference of this Memorandum of Agreement (the agreement). The agreement shall become
effective when executed by the parties and shall remain effect for a period of one academic year, 2018 –
2019. Prior to the termination date of the agreement, either party may terminate the Agreement for
good cause by providing one (1) month prior written notice to the other party. “Good cause” shall
include but not be limited to a material violation of any term, condition or policy of the Agreement, or
the MSU Naawan student manual.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES


THE UNIVERSITY
1. Shall submit the names of the students – trainees to BACONGA PATRIANA & CO. for on-the-job-
training (OJT) program subject to the BACONGA PATRIANA & CO. review and acceptance;
2. Impose discipline to erring students in accordance with the Company’s rules and regulations and the
School’s student handbook; and
3. Appoint a coordinator as Point Person to represent MSU Naawan relative to this OJT.

THE COMPANY
1. Accept MSU Naawan Students for OJT.
2. Provide the students-trainees the necessary learning process expected in this program;
3. Allow the students-trainees earn the required 250 hours of learning experience in the Company.
4. Be willing to arrange with MSU Naawan ways and means that may enhance the learning process of
the trainees.
5. Issue Certificate of Completion of Training to attest that the requirements for the on-the-job training
program have been satisfactorily met by the students.

The Company and MSU Naawan mutually agree that all amendments and/or changes shall be by
written instrument executed by the parties hereto.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties of this Memorandum of Agreement here under subscribed to and
affixed their respective signatures.
