We represent KindBeings, a development consulting firm based out of Delhi. Since our inception in May 2018, we have

The empowerment of women is essential for the development of the society as well as economy. Now a days Women are
performing multiple roles of working but still they are not equal to men. Women empowerment includes women awareness

freedom to speak their mind, equal opportunities to realize their rights, and a discrimination free future. They research to
find lasting solutions to end rising inequalities and exclusion of marginalized communities from getting decent jobs, quality
free education and healthcare.
We at KindBeings would like to put forth some of our credentials for the study: Developed various policies of the
organization including global standards for IIEWS. Policies developed included financial policy, child protection policy,
prevention of sexual harassment etc., Conducted a baseline and end line assessment in six child care homes in Lucknow,
Kanpur and Varanasi.The findings helped them design programs for the betterment of child care home, Prepared Case
Studies for Aastha Sansthan on Successful Women Sarpanch and Ward Panch, Developed a training framework for farmer
members of producer organizations for training them on the nuances of running the company

For this assignment, we propose a four phased approach (Research, Collection, Development and Reporting) to deliver the

INTRODUCTION

MEASURES FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE
