How long have you known the applicant and under what circumstances?
Yash has been working with us since September 2020, in the capacity of Project Lead, he along with the
Consultant is responsible for designing the working plan, and ensuring that the project progresses within
timeline, to coordinate with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of the report.

What do you consider to be the applicant’s strengths and talents?

Yash has shown great cordination skills, in the time of pandemic managing the task of data collection
through data enumerator agency, ensuring that the consultant have the data in time in order to start the
analysis. He also assisted the consultant in framing the analysis parameters for the project. Undertaking
multiple task to ensure that project parameters are met with high quality standards. Is capable of working
individually and in teams for effective goal oriented performace. He is swift in accomodating to any role
and works wholeheartidly on task’s assigned to him.

In what areas does the applicant need to improve or demonstrate growth?

Yash’s overall performance has been up to the mark, if he gains a professional degree such as MBA from
a global institution like Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. I have no doubt he will add flying
colors to his career and the business school. If given the right platform he can become an effective
contributor to working in diverse platform, encouraging him to engage in interaction with people from
around the world will boost his confidence and help in gaining the right apptitude for higher management
position’s.

Yash’s academic career is robust with an effective track record. He has been good both academically
and professionally. He already has PGDip in Forest Management hence he has an insight for what
