Why do I need to fill the Employment Application Form (EAF)?
The Employment Application Form (EAF) is the document that is submitted by every
candidate before the offer is rolled out to him/her. This data will be maintained with
Accenture for future reference and would also be used for background checks. It is important
that you fill the form accurately.

How will I get notified about filling the EAF?


Accenture will send an email communication requesting you to fill the application form.

From where can I access the EAF?


This form is available on the following link https://india.jobs.accenture.com under the ‘To Do’
section after logging in as a candidate.

Can I download the EAF to fill it?


The EAF can only be filled online. You cannot download the form.

What will happen if I do not fill/submit the EAF?


Accenture will be unable to process an offer letter if the EAF is not submitted.

What is the difference between the “Save” and “Submit” buttons?


You can use the Save button to save a draft of your form. There will be no validation to
check if you have filled all the mandatory fields when you save a draft version. Clicking
Submit button will trigger validations for missing values and will send the copy to the
Accenture Personnel on successful submit.

Note: You will not be able to edit the information in the form after you have submitted the
form.

Do I need to fill up the form and submit it in one go or can it be saved


partially?
The form can be saved as draft up to 99 times before it needs to be submitted. However, to
send the data to Accenture personnel, you are required to submit the form.

Can I resubmit the EAF?


EAF is not editable once submitted. Request needs to be raised with Accenture personnel
for any specific section updates.

How can I request for an update of information for a submitted form?


You are required to ensure that all information is accurate before submitting the form.
Accenture Personnel will review the EAF, once the form has been submitted by you. If there
is any update required then an email will be received by you to fill the necessary section.
Only that section can be edited by you.

Important: If Accenture Personnel need some correction in data, only then the section will be
opened for editing and an email sent to you to modify the data.

Why is the EAF link not visible for me?


The EAF link will be enabled only when you are eligible to fill the EAF.

Can I access EAF from all browsers?


It is recommended that you access EAF with IE or Chrome.

If I only have a landline number, can I specify that as the permanent


number?
Only mobile number can be given as the permanent number. You can provide your landline
number in the Alternate phone number field.

Which formats are allowed for uploading the photograph?


Only .jpeg and .png formats are allowed to be uploaded. Formats such as .bmp are not
supported.

What is the specified size of the photo that can be uploaded?


The size of the photograph should not exceed 600kb. The tool will not accept a file that
exceeds this size.

What is PIO/OCI card?
The Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card covers self, parents, grandparents, great-
grandparents, and spouse.

Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) only covers self, parents, and grandparents.

OCI has no set limit of days staying in the country while PIO requires contacting the officials
with 180 days of residing in the country. PIO lasts for 15 years; OCI lasts a lifetime.

What should I do if I don’t have PAN number?


PAN number is mandatory, without that you cannot submit the EAF form.

Can I give the same number for both permanent and alternate phone
number?
Alternate phone number is not mandatory

What will happen if I check “Same as current address” checkbox for


permanent address?
If you select the “Same as current address” checkbox after filling the current address, the
same address will be copied as the permanent address.

If I have worked with Accenture as a contractor, should I select “Yes”


for Ex Accenture?
No. Only permanent employees are required to select Yes.

Should I type the full name of the company to get the name of
company list in dropdown list?
If you type the first three letters, the company names starting with those three letters will be
auto-populated. You can select the appropriate company from the options.

What should I do if my previous company is not listed in the


dropdown list?
You can select Others from the dropdown list. A text box will appear where you can provide
your company name.

What should I select if my specialization is not listed in the dropdown


list?
You can select Others from the dropdown list.
